This is the written instructions for the November stamp club card.  The Video will be up soon.

Double Edge Flap Card

Supplies

5 ½” X 11” Cardstock for Base of Card

1” X 11” Strip of Cardstock for Belly Band

3 ½” X 5 ¼” DSP

1 ½” X 5 ¼” DSP

1” X 5 ¼” DSP

4” X 5 ¼” Cardstock for inside card

Cardstock and DSP for front embellishment

Steps

1)   Score 5 ½” X 11” cardstock on the 11” edge at 1 ¼”, 5 ½”, then flip the cardstock over and score at 9 ¼”.  This will give you the “bumps” for folding in the right direction (Bumps on the inside of the fold).

2)   Usually, I just fold the Belly Band around the completed card, but for this one, I scored the 1” X 11” Cardstock at 2 7/8” and 7 ¼”.  Place the seam in the front and cut off any excess that extends beyond where your main embellishment will be.  Secure with a strong adhesive, like Tear ‘n’ Tape.  Do not wrap tightly, you want to be able to slip it on and off.

3)   Add DSP panels to Cardbase going left to right with 3 ½” X 5 ¼” DSP on the left side of the card, 1 ½” X 5 ¼” DSP going on the next flap, and 1” X 5 ¼” DSP going on the flap on the right.

4)   Cut and/or stamp the main embellishment for the card and attach to the centre front of the Belly Band, making sure that you only add adhesive where it will attach to the Band
